Shipping USA
We ship via UPS, Fedex and USPS in the USA - You can calculate your shipping on each product's detail page as well as in the checkout and checkout process. Most orders are shipped with tracking and insurance. Once your order has shipped you will be emailed a tracking number, you can also view your tracking number by logging into your account.  Please note the shipping time is after the order leaves our warehouse not from the time you order. However all in stock items are usually shipped within 1-2 business days. If you need an order expedited for a Birthday for example let us know and we'll do our best to ship it as fast as possible.

How Long Will My Order Take?
We all hate waiting for something we've ordered and paid for, we understand this and will ship your order within 1-2 business days. Items marked as in stock are just that and we want you to get your cool stuff as quickly as possible. However occasional stock errors can occur but we will notify you right away and refund for anything we can't ship. Once your order ships the carrier (UPS/USPS/Fedex) will take care of delivering your items by the service you selected. When you place an order you will recieve an email confirmation, once your order ships you will also recieve a confirmation with tracking. (Please check your spam folder if you did not recieve an email)
Missing Shipments / Damages
All shipments will have a tracking number so you can see where your order is (USA) if the carrier loses your order or delivers it to the wrong place, let us know and we'll follow up with them. If it's a permanent loss, we'll replace or refund the order and make a claim with the carrier. If your box arrives with obvious signs of damage, you should immediately let us know, if possible take a photograph of the damaged box and keep that, this may be required for an insurance claim,.
Holidays / Business Days
Business days are Monday to Friday, we do not ship or deliver on weekends, we are also closed for major holidays, you know Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years Day, that kind of thing.
P.O Boxes / Addresses
We can only ship to P.O Boxes using USPS. Please help us get your order to you as quickly as possible by entering your address correctly in the checkout and in your account admin.
Updating Account Information
You can update your delivery address(es) in your account admin, as well as change your billing address, password etc. Once an order has shipped we cannot change the shipping address for that particular order.
