Returns & Replacements
Returns are easy with The Movie and TV Store, you can return most items within 30 days. If you just changed your mind you can arrange a return. You must contact us within 30 days and we will refund the costs of the item purchase (minus shipping ) the refund will be give as a store credit (gift card credit). We'll send you a RMA (return to manufacturer authorization) returns without a RMA may be refused. The merchandise must be in an unused condition, i.e t-shirts must not have been worn or washed, items should be in it's original packaging and in a saleable condition, We reserve the right to refuse a refund for merchandise that has been used and is no longer in a saleable condition.
Some items may not be returned that were marked as no returns, clearance or on sale, if in doubt please contact us. Refunds will be issued as a gift credit.

Replacements: If for some reason we ship you the wrong item or the item is defective let us know within 30 days and we'll pay for the shipping back and send out a replacement or refund if applicable.

Ordering
Ordering is nice and easy, add the items to your cart, the cart will calculate the shipping and sales tax (Sales Tax is charged for Florida) you can select your shipping method in the checkout. You can also calculate shipping on each product detail page. In the checkout you can register or checkout as a guest. Once your order is placed you'll receive an email with your order details. When your order is updated you will receive automatic emails, most of the time it will be a shipping confirmation with a tracking number to let you know your order is on it's way.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express and PayPal, all cards are charged at time of order and we use a payment gateway so your payment method is secure and we don't store your credit card on our server. It's instant and secure, the way online shopping should be. We also accepts checks but please note your order will not ship until the check has cleared our bank. International orders are via Credit Card or Paypal only. Prices on the site are subject to change at any time, promotions or sale prices are subject to change.
Viewing Orders
You can view your orders at any time by logging into your account, in your dashboard you can view and print orders as well as update your account information.
Updating Account Information
You can update your account information at any time by logging into your account, don't worry if you forget your password, there is an automatic recovery system.
