Pre-Orders and Back Orders

Pre-Order

Items marked as pre-orders are not yet in stock. 
You will see an availability date, these are approximate and subject to change.
Manufacturers will change the delivery dates without informing us but we always try to update these as often as possible. 
Check the product page for updates as we cannot email each customer with availability changes.

Back Order

Items marked as back order are items that have been in stock but are temporarily sold out.
You will see an availability date, these are approximate and subject to change.
Manufacturers will change the delivery dates without informing us but we always try to update these as often as possible.

Important Notes

Coupons may not be applicable to pre-orders (and usually back orders) our system will only apply coupons to in stock items (unless otherwise noted)

You are paying for your back order / pre-order when you checkout, your card will be charged at that time.

As pre-orders / back orders can take a while to arrive can ask for a refund anytime up until the product is either in stock or on it's way to us. 

Combining Pre-Orders and Back Orders

If you combine a pre-order or back order item with in stock items for free shipping, your in stock item will be delayed until your pre-order arrives, this is so we can combine the shipping.
If you order multiple pre-order items for free shipping your items will be delayed until all items are in stock.

Tariffs and Price Changes

05/2025 Due to the ongoing changes in tariffs being charged to importers in the USA on goods imported from various countries pre-orders prices are subject to change. 
If you pre-order an item and the price goes up we will cancel and refund your order. We will email you at that time, if the opposite happens we will refund your order to the new price. 
Refunds will be processed once the items are in stock. 

We will try our best to have accuarate pricing in the these challenging times.
